Week 3: Trying Things Out

Coach’s Corner

Ideas become innovation through action. This week focuses on experimentation.

Small tests reduce risk and increase learning. Progress often comes from iteration rather than breakthrough. When experimentation becomes normal, fear of failure decreases and momentum increases. It could be a type of email to prospects, an approach to help improve a conversation, or something else.

TIDAL Tip of the Week

Design a contained experiment:

  • Define the scope of what you are testing

  • Set a short timeframe for the experiment

  • Identify how you will measure your learning from the experiment

Capture insight, not just outcomes.
