Week 2: 'Clear Roles'

Theme of the Month: “High-Performance Teams”

High-performance teams rely on trust, clarity, and shared accountability. They align effort and adapt under pressure. This month explores the dynamics that allow collective performance to remain strong and consistent.

High performance is not driven by individual talent alone. It is built through alignment, communication, and disciplined execution. When teams understand expectations clearly and support one another intentionally, performance becomes stable rather than dependent on isolated effort.

Coach’s Corner

Clarity reduces friction. When responsibilities are unclear, performance slows.

Defined ownership of projects or works scope, or ideas, etc. increases confidence and speeds decision-making. Teams that understand expectations clearly can collaborate without hesitation or duplication.

TIDAL Tip of the Week

Ask your team:

  • Who owns which areas?

  • What outcome defines success of each project?

  • Where does decision authority sit, and is it clear?

Clarify where needed.
