Week 1: ‘What’s Really Normal’

Coach’s Corner

Culture shows up in patterns, not promises. It lives in what people expect and what they avoid, and what feels safe or risky to say. This week invites leaders to observe without judgement. Before culture can be shaped by design, it must be seen clearly for what it already is.

TIDAL Tip of the Week

Spend this week noticing patterns rather than fixing them. Questions to reflect upon:

  • What behaviours are consistently rewarded here?

  • What behaviours are tolerated, even if they don’t align with stated values?

  • What behaviours seem risky or discouraged?

Write down what you observe. Awareness creates the foundation for intentional cultural change.
