Week 4: “Turning Insight into Action”

October 20, 2026•1 min read

Coach’s Corner

Reflection without action is simply rumination. The value of a learning loop, a lesson from failure, or a piece of feedback only shows up once it changes what you actually do.

This final week of October is about closing the gap between insight and behaviour: choosing one thing you have learned this month and putting it into practice.

TIDAL Tip of the Week

Review what you have learned this month and choose one shift to commit to:

•What is the clearest insight I have gained this month?

•What would change if I acted on it consistently?

•What is the first concrete step I will take this week?

One applied insight is worth more than a dozen unused ones.
