Week 2: “Lessons from Failure”
Coach’s Corner
Failure is rarely the problem; how it is processed is. Leaders who treat setbacks as data move forward faster than those who treat them as identity.
This week is about revisiting a recent setback, not to relive it, but to extract what it can teach you.
TIDAL Tip of the Week
Choose one recent setback and reflect honestly:
•What actually happened, separate from how it felt?
•What was within my control, and what was not?
•What is one lesson I can carry forward from it?
The goal is not to dwell, but to make sure the setback was not wasted.
