Week 1: “The Power of Learning Loops”

September 29, 2026•1 min read

As the year moves into its final stretch, October invites a different pace: one built around reflection rather than reaction. Growth rarely comes from simply accumulating experience; it comes from examining that experience honestly and learning from it.

This month is about building the habit of reflection into your leadership rhythm: noticing what is working, learning from what is not, and treating feedback and failure as sources of information rather than verdicts.

Coach’s Corner

Improvement rarely happens through a single insight, but through small, repeated cycles: act, observe, adjust, act again. These learning loops are what separate steady growth from stagnation.

This week is about noticing whether you are closing the loop. Experience alone does not create learning; reflecting on experience does.

TIDAL Tip of the Week

At the end of each day this week, ask yourself:

•What did I try today?

•What did the outcome tell me?

•What will I adjust tomorrow because of it?

A short daily loop, even two minutes long, brings learning into the rhythm of your week.
