Three people in a team planning for the following year

Before the Year Takes Over

Momentum doesn’t come from doing more; it comes from doing what matters consistently. This first week is about creating a blueprint for how you want to lead yourself before the pace increases. The standards you set now, the boundaries you protect, and the priorities you choose will shape how the rest of the year unfolds. Strong momentum begins with clarity, not speed.

TIDAL Tip of the Week

Create a simple “momentum blueprint” for your week. Take five quiet minutes and write down three things:

  1. the one outcome that would make this week successful

  2. the behaviour or habit that will support that outcome

  3. one boundary you’ll protect to maintain focus.

This isn't about planning everything; it's about choosing what matters before everything else competes for your attention.
