Create a simple “momentum blueprint” for your week. Take five quiet minutes and write down three things:
the one outcome that would make this week successful
the behaviour or habit that will support that outcome
one boundary you’ll protect to maintain focus.
This isn't about planning everything; it's about choosing what matters before everything else competes for your attention.
